The United for Life Foundation has a proven pattern of growth in numbers and strength in leadership and in regular team members. The Foundation began in 2005 with a steady group of volunteers, which in 2007 developed into actual student internship and regular adult involvement, and now into a full and stable leadership team which spans different affiliations and age groups. In each respective affiliation and age group, the team for the United for Life Foundation has a specific set of skills and proven success, providing a progressively stronger base of help with each passing year.

Students
Chad Colon
Student Director
Chad Colon is a current student at the University of Alabama, has a 4.0, double major in Biology and Philosophy, and is in the University of Alabama Honors College. Still early in his career, Chad has accomplished much both in the service world and in academic honors. On top of his outstanding grades, Chad recently served under the Dean of Students as a UA representative for Boys State. In High School, Chad was also one of two students selected for Boys State at Vestavia, served as "mayor," of his town, and helped catapult his fellow representative to "Governor." Chad also served 4 years on Teen Court as a "Prosecuting Attorney." Because of his excellent performance, Chad was selected to be on the travelling team, an honor bestowed only for the finest of the prosecution and defense. Chad also spent 4 years interning at the Children's Hospital where he served as a "test volunteer," meaning that he would 'test" an internship before other students were allowed to hold the position. Chad began as a volunteer at the United for Life Foundation, and because his diligent participation, was promoted to Student Director in 2009
Tom Conner

Conner currently serves as Resident Advisor for the University of Alabama Football team. Interestingly, in high school Tom competed in F.I.R.S.T., a robotics competition where he programmed the autonomous, non-autonomous parts of his team's robot.
